Esta's II Fractional Family Reunion
and Corporation Retreat
Esta’s II is a beautiful private compound on the scenic White River near Mountain View, in the Arkansas Ozarks. You enter the compound off highway 14 onto a scenic ½ mile private drive thru a forested area, that opens dramatically to beautiful views of the compound and river. Esta’s II is perfect for families or as a corporate retreat for groups from 20 to 40 people for overnight stays and can accommodate groups up to 100 for weddings and other functions in our all weather outdoor pavilion.
There are four upscale cabins plus the Cousins bunkhouse built in a semicircle on a bluff overlooking White River. The cabins were built in 1999 by two physicians with lots of attention to detail and finish work. In 2004 we constructed a beautiful inground swimming pool with large decks overlooking the river. The bluffs are not cliffs and allows access to the river without any danger of flooding.
One of the cabins called the cookhouse, has a large dining area that can seat 20 people with a beautiful fireplace, and satellite tv, for sports fans who can’t miss the game. It also has 2 bedrooms and a wheelchair ramp. A large kitchen was built for lots of cooks with 2 full stoves and ovens, 2 refrigerators, a deep freezer and a laundry room.
Our all-weather outdoor activity Pavilion is connected by a wheel chair ramp to the Cookhouse and Pool enclosures to allow all family members to participate without restriction. The Pavilion becomes the gathering area for most functions. It has 4 private tiled bathrooms, equipped with shower, commode and sink. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill, fish cookers, and sink, allows the men to show off their cooking skills and give the women a break.
In 1999 a new barn and boat storage was built that can provide covered storage for 5 boats, and also has a large stall that can accommodate horses with a fenced pasture. As a fractional owner you will have full use of several toys the LLC will own, including A 20-24 foot pontoon boat, two canoes, and a fishing boat with 25 Hp motor built especially for White River fishing . The property also has a outdoor basketball hoop, horseshoes, and a sand volleyball court.
Other features include a 3 acre stocked lake, a beautiful waterfall and sitting area, and a outdoor fireplace with a rocked floor patio for campfire story telling or singing. The area is great for canoeing, hiking, atv‘s and arrowhead hunting. All the ingredients for family reunions to be remembered for a lifetime.
